Welcome to Meri GO Round! 🎠 We’re so glad you’re here. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain the rules for using our website and platform. By signing up or using Meri GO Round, you agree to follow them.

  1. Our Mission

Meri GO Round is a community-driven swap platform that lets parents trade kids’ clothes by mail using a simple credit system. We’re built on kindness, fairness, and the belief that great clothes deserve another round.

  1. Who Can Use Meri GO Round

You must be at least 18 years old to use Meri GO Round. When you create an account, you promise that all information you provide is true and that you’ll follow these Terms.

  1. How Swapping Works

~When you claim an item, you use Meri credits — not cash.
~When you send an item, you earn credits.
~You agree to only trade clean, gently used clothing that meets our community standards.
~Items are shipped by mail using flat-rate prepaid labels purchased at checkout.

Meri GO Round is not responsible for the quality, fit, or condition of traded items, though we encourage everyone to be honest and respectful in their listings.

  1. Shipping

~Users are responsible for properly packaging and mailing their items within the time-frame specified at checkout.
~You agree to use the prepaid shipping label as provided.
~If a problem arises with shipping, let us know and we’ll do our best to help — but please note, we are not a shipping provider and cannot guarantee delivery.

  1. Credit System

Credits are our way of keeping things fair. They have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money.

Meri GO Round reserves the right to adjust credits or issue bonus credits as needed to support community experience and fairness.

  1. Your Conduct

You agree not to:

~Post offensive or misleading content.
~Use the platform to sell, scam, or harass others.
~List items that don’t meet our condition guidelines.
~Violate any laws while using Meri GO Round.

If you break these rules, we may suspend or remove your account.

  1. Changes to the Platform

We’re always improving. That means features may change, pause, or evolve over time. We reserve the right to make updates or limit access if needed.

  1. Liability & Disputes

Meri GO Round provides a platform for peer-to-peer trading. We are not responsible for items lost, delayed, damaged, or misrepresented by users.

This site is run by Meri GO Round and follows U.S. law. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the platform.
